Evaporative coolers or evaporative air coolers cool the space using the principles of evaporation of water. The appliance pulls in the hot dry air passing it through a moist cooling pad. As the hot air passes over the wet pads the water turns into vapor which is pushed out into the air.
When the vapor starts circulation into the air the heat will be extracted helping the temperature feel cooler.
